Our process:

1. Initial assessment interview.
We meet with you—at your home, your loved one’s residence, or our office—and talk about your loved one's unique needs. We describe how our professional caregivers work, and answer your questions.

2. Registered nurse visit.
After the initial assessment interview, if necessary (and where applicable), our Director of Client Care (a Registered Nurse) will meet with you to conduct a full nursing assessment and design a personal care plan just for your loved one.

3. We match our caregivers to your needs.
We make sure their experience and skill set are the best fit for what’s needed.

4. Your service begins.
Often this happens within just a few days. We can even start at a facility and then move home with your loved one as needed.

5. Ongoing follow-up.
Our Director of Client Care and/or Client Service Manager oversees our companion and licensed aides, and visits your loved one regularly to make sure that all is well.
